Customer Service Dept. Mission are Customer Support, Maximize Uptime, Provide quality Repair, Economical Cost and Customer Satisfaction.
The Service Department consists of 3 sub-divisions: Inkjet Printers Services, Electronics Services, and Remote Location services headed by the Customer Service General Manager.
Over thirty-five engineers and technicians are working in the Service Department to meet customer needs and installation plans.
Different sections undertake the responsibility of attending to service calls based on the "Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)" which was developed in-house.
Response and repair times are measured and monitored to ensure proper service performance. Five dedicated telephone lines are used to attend to customer calls and queries.
There are three service centres in Cairo, Hurghada, and Sharm El-Sheikh to ensure proper response and repair time. There are future plans for expansion with two moer service centres in Alexandria and Marsa Alam.
Training and upgrading of the service staff is conducted twice annually through proper organization with HR Department to ensure healthy staff knowledge and development.
