Business Development Manger
Job Objective:
The objective of this position is to increase company activities, buildup adequate sales opportunities, introduce new products to the market and improve market shares and business profitability.
Position Concept:
Responsible for marketing & sales of new products in the local market. Find potential markets and customers to build a market share by selecting the proper market sectors. Participate in all related marketing activities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare the essential studies and researches for the selected product/idea and its market needs.
- Crack the market with new products to acquire the customers’ response.
- Carry out the needed customer surveys to plan products’ development and generate new products/new ideas.
- Introduce new products to the market by selecting suitable market segments for the product applications and establish relations with potential customers.
- Set the sales and activities (number of visits, number of presentations and seminars) objectives.
- Initiate first & second batches of new products sales and report the final results of the sales in the market leading to the transfer of the product sales to the sales departments after market stabilization.
- Participate in the internal exhibitions to implement marketing activities.
- Practice efficient controlling methods on the cost of sales for the market.
- Promote the customization of products and strategies based on market requirements.
- Participate in pricing policies for new products according to market studies and general domain pricing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Specifications:
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in electronics, computer science or equivalent.
- Up to 3 years relevant extensive experience in business development.

- Advanced understanding of business development concepts and ability for handling work related problems and situations.
