Sales Engineer/Representative |
Reports to:
Sales Manager
Position Concept:
Achieve sales objectives & plans as direct sales for company products & systems, by identifying prospective customers' requirements and determining the most suitable proposals. Communicate the company strategies to key decision makers. Set off new accounts and develop existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in setting the sales plans to achieve the department’s sales objectives.
- Utilize the sales system to achieve plans, generate needed reports for monitoring and controlling the sales targets aiming to improve the sales performance and achievements.
- Set off new accounts and develop existing accounts within an established geographic territory, by making the proper research for prospected customers through identified channels approved by the department manager.
- Stay updated with product specifications, new products and products developments.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with the customers and assess their requirements and their future potential needs to ensure their satisfaction.
- Participate in the marketing campaigns and the customer satisfaction surveys.
- Participate in collecting data about competitors and the company market share to assist the manager and department in setting and updating the sales plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Specifications:
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in electronics engineering, computer science or equivalent.
- Up to 3 years practical experience in sales.
Job Competencies & Skills:
- Good knowledge of sales techniques (customer selection, customer segmenting and deal closing).
- Proven success in sales and interaction with executive level decision makers.
- Good verbal & written communication Skills.
- Presentation, negotiations and persuasion abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Intermediate computer skills.
General Requirements:
- Cairo resident.
- Having car is a must.
- Gender: Male.
