Alfa Electronics General Manager
Position Concept:
Plan, organize and control the overall sales functions. Develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets for Alfa products as well as turn key projects as per the customers’ requirements in various market segments. Forecast and initiate new ideas and actions for business growth to maximize the revenue.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform all people management responsibilities including leadership and motivation to the sales force to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives.
- Acquire and develop knowledge of competitors' strategies and advancements to protect and maintain the company accounts.
- Develop the department strategic plans, forecast and initiate new ideas and actions for business growth to maximize the revenue.
- Set all sales plans (yearly, quarterly and monthly).
- Manage, control, monitor and assess the sales staff personal performance as per the "Sales System" requirements and results.
- Plan and execute the introduction of new products/services and actively contribute to the innovation and product development plans.
- Responsible for achieving the department Key Performance Indicators objectives.
- Achieve sales revenue targets and regularly monitor actual achievements versus planned. Act to stimulate demand based upon current and future requirements of customers and prospects.
- Personally in charge of the key accounts.
- Ensure collections/accounts receivables are promptly performed and regularly report delayed payments and/or out-of-line situations and develop corrective solutions.
- Develop the annual sales department budget, track, monitor and ensure that all cost and expenses are contained in the approved budget.
Job Specifications:
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree - Preferable in Electronics Engineering from a reputable university.
- A least 10 years experience in sales and marketing with 5 years experience in management

- Expert in Sales methodologies and techniques.
- Good experience in planning and project management.
- Fluency in English.
- Good customer handling capabilities.
- Good knowledge in marketing techniques
